7-day money-back guarantee (first purchase)

If Vegus OMR isn’t right for your institute, email rohithboddeda2008@gmail.com within 7 days of your first-ever paymentand we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies once per institute, to the first payment only.

Renewals

Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your billing date — you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Cancelling

• Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing — no calls, no forms.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then the institute moves to the Free plan.
• Your data (exams, templates, scans, results) is not deleted when you cancel or downgrade — Free-plan limits simply apply.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan continues unchanged for a 7-day grace period so you can update your payment method. No partial charges are made for the grace period.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
